St. Louis County Ice Arena is located within the St. Louis County Fairgrounds at 800 Boundary Ave. N in Proctor, MN and serves as the home ice arena of the Proctor Rails High School hockey team, Mirage Girls Hockey Program, TWIG Hockey, Proctor Amateur Hockey Association and Proctor Blueline Club. The Rails hockey program within Proctor have a proud hockey program, and have been actively fund-raising since 2011 to erect a new home for the growing P.A.H.A.
