St. Louis County Ice Arena is located within the St. Louis County Fairgrounds at 800 Boundary Ave. N in Proctor, MN and serves as the home ice arena of the Proctor Rails High School hockey team, Mirage Girls Hockey Program, TWIG Hockey, Proctor Amateur Hockey Association and Proctor Blueline Club. Built in 1975 and featuring a smaller than normal 191' x 85' artificial ice sheet, and boasts wood bleacher seating for 1200 spectators within this one-sheet facility - two adjacent outdoor lighted rinks that lie alongside the building for a local pick-up game on a chilly northern Minnesota night have stood the test of time, and served as a great place for the youth hockey mini-rails. The Rails hockey program within Proctor have a proud hockey program, and have been actively fund-raising since 2011 to erect a new home for the growing P.A.H.A.
