In appoximately 1994, Bauer created these jerseys that were fully team lettered by Steichen's to be worn for game play. After receiving the completed jerseys then Equipment Manager Harry Broadfoot 'scrapped the jerseys as the maroon pantone color was completely wrong'. We are listing these here as part of the Gopher Jersey mocks as we have seen several of these jerseys make their way into the 'hobby' of game worn jersey collecting, and these were NOT worn by the actual team. These jerseys surface from time to time as being game worn after being sold at Equipment sales, but they never saw the ice by the Gophers.
